Friends of Banning Museum
will commemorate the birthday of the ‘Father of the Los Angeles Harbor’ Phineas
Banning with an extraordinary music and dance party on Saturday, August 20,
2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It will be will be a Western-themed party to
celebrate the Rancho-period of the Banning property and will be held at the
Banning Museum that is located at 401 East “M” Street, Wilmington, CA 90744. It
is a western theme party so guests are requested to come in a western attire to
complement the bash theme.
The guests will enjoy live
music by JB and The Big Circle Riders that is a country rock band. The band
performs a combination of contemporary and traditional country music with
southern and blues rock. The band has versatile vocal styling with tasteful and
catchy lyrics and they perform with such energy on stage that leaves the entire
audience captivated. These rock stars are on the show with full power at the

The western theme party
will let the guests enjoy line dance instructions and dancing to live music. No
one can imagine a birthday celebration without delicious food so here you will

Tickets for the event are
available in two different categories as Picnic and VIP. Picnic ticket is for
general admission and costs $10 per person but free for friends of Banning
Museum. Guests’ holding this ticket may bring their own dinner and drinks and
also their own low chairs and blankets to enjoy the party comfortably. They can
watch concert, enjoy dancing and dance instructions on the front lawn of the
Manor. But there will be no parking provided with these tickets so you should
take rolling hills cab for going to the venue comfortably without jostling for
a suitable parking.
The other category of the
tickets for the party is VIP reservation for a price of $45 and it includes a
delicious buffet by famous restaurant ‘The Outdoor Grill’. The guests will be
served a special birthday cupcake also with other sweet dishes. They will get
comfortable reserved seating and also VIP gated parking. The guests may feel
free to bring their own drinks to enjoy while watching concert and dinner.
Picnic tickets are free for
all children under eleven years of age so come along with your family and

of Phineas Banning. Friends of Banning Museum are regularly involved in serving
the community and they have many cultural and educational programs for the
youth and all proceeds from this event will be used to support the community
